The visa holder/ applicant clearly understands that he must adhere to the following rules and regulations set by Promise for Business visit visas: 

• Business visit visas are only for business activities such as meetings, seminars, and contract signing. 

• It is strictly forbidden to perform any kind of hands-on activities on a Business visit visa 

• It is strictly forbidden to perform any kind of work on a Business visit visa 

• It is strictly forbidden to receive any salary on a Business visit visa,  

• It is not allowed to perform Umrah or Hajj on a Business visit visa and appropriate permission from Saudi authorities must be secured in form of a Umrah and Hajj. 

The visa holder will be personally responsible for any overstay penalties and Promise assume no responsibility in such cases. It is a criminal offence to forge a signature or provide a fake document and all such actions will be reported to authorities immediately
